When upgraded to Viceroy's Villa, the existing properties are enhanced and further gains attack and defense boosts for defending army.In these two examples the Sakura and Nishiki are 3x2 buildings, but I know the Sakura is a 2x3 building because I have one in my city and the Nishiki in my inventory is also 2x3. For example, an Early Middle Age Governor's Villa can produce Barbarians and Barbarian Slingers, and an Industrial Age Governor's Villa can produce Brave Warriors and Mounted Braves. The Governor's Villa may also produce military units that usually are not available to the player. Forge points are produced even if not motivated. The building can be plundered if not motivated. If motivated, the coin production is doubled and depending on the building's level, it additionally produces goods and military units of the building's age. The coin production is affected by the town's happiness and by boosts of certain Great Buildings, and it gains additional boosts after being upgraded. ![]() Additionally, at levels 5, 7 and 9 it gains an attack boost bonus, and it produces forge points starting at lvl 6. The Governor's Villa produces coins in 24 hours and gives happiness. The Governor's Villa is a special residential building given as a reward during the 2020 Summer Event. ![]()
